The Happy Hook works by applying direct and constant pressure to sore/tight muscles.  Grab the Happy Hook handle with both hands.  Hold the handle close to your chest or body.  Place the ball onto the sore muscle.  With your top hand pull down and with your bottom hand push out to increase the pressure on the muscle.  Hold this position until you feel the muscle relax.  Move to the next sore spot and keep working your muscle until it releases.  

You can use the Happy Hook on any muscle, simply put the ball onto the muscle, keep the handle close to your body and using one hand, stabilize the Hook and with your other hand push out on the handle to increase the pressure on the muscle.  Remember, go slow and steady taking care to release the muscle, not damage it.
