The Happy Hook was designed based on a variety of physiotherapy and massage tools that loosen tight muscles.  The Happy Hook is made from stainless steel, so it's tough and has minimal flex so the energy goes directly to the muscle and is not lost to the Hook.    The hook was designed to be light weight and small enough to fit into your suitcase or duffle bag, so it goes anywhere you do.

The Happy Hook is not designed to replace care provided by a chiropractor, a physiotherapist or a massage therapist but it will extend the benefit of professional care and enhance your flexibility and release muscle tension allowing you to enjoy the activities you love and life your life to the fullest.
